Four people including two minors died while two others were injured in a fire in Pasay City early Saturday.
Based on initial report, the fire that was first reported around 4:31 am occured at Esteban St ,Brgy. 177, Pasay City.
It reached third alarm at 4:58 before it is placed under control by 6:10 am and extinguished at 7:23 am of the same day.
The Bureau of Fire Protection confirmed that there were four fatalities from the incident while two victims sustained minor burn and laceration.
In a radio interview, Senior Fire Officer 1 Resmond Germino, chief public information officer of the Pasay City Fire Station said the BFP is trying to determine the cause of the incident.
Germino did not say how many houses and families were affected but he noted that an estimated damage to properties worth P1.2 million were recorded because of the fire. Robina Asido/DMS
