Cash remittances from Overseas Filipinos (OF) rose by 3.7 percent from $3.01 billion in September 2024 to $3.12 billion in September 2025.

On a cumulative basis, cash remittances expanded by 3.2 percent from $25.23 billion in January-September 2024 to $26.03 billion in January-September 2025.

Personal remittances, which include cash sent through banks and informal channels as well as remittances in kind, also rose by 3.8 percent from $3.34 billion in September 2024 to $3.46 billion in September 2025.

Year-to-date personal remittances marked a 3.2 percent increase from $28.07 billion recorded in January-September 2024 to $28.97 billion in January-September 2025.

The United States remained the top source of remittances to the Philippines during January-September 2025, followed by Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
