The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will begin transporting official ballots for the May 2025 midterm elections

In an interview, Comelec Chairman George Garcia said the 68,542,564 official ballots ''will be directly deployed to the city or municipal treasures' offices."

"Those for Bangsamoro, Caraga, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Batanes will be deployed first," he added.

He said they are looking to complete distributing that ballots by the end of April. DMS
