BAGUIO CITY-- The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) Benguet Radar Station in Mount Santo Tomas in Benguet also a temperature at 14.7 degrees Celsius on Tuesday.

Last January 29, 2024, Benguet logged this year’s coldest at 9.7 degrees Celsius.

The low temperature comes as Pagasa recently announced the end of the southwest monsoon. DMS
