Overseas Filipinos started on Saturday cast their votes for the May 10 national elections in the 93 Philippine embassies and consulate general around the world, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said.

In a statement, the DFA said in Hong Kong, voters described the automated process, the first time in the countryユs history, as メfun and simpleモ as most of them spent around three minutes to cast their votes, feed their ballots in the precinct count optical scan machines and get indelible ink on their finger.
