The death of a well-known businessman almost seven years ago at the Subic Bay Freeport Center was planned by his brother, an accomplice in the crime told a Manila court on Thursday.
Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Central Luzon police director, said Edrian Rementilla identified Alan Dennis Sytin as the mastermind behind the killing of Dominic Sytin.
Rementilla was sent to the Manila City jail pursuant to the court’s order.
Alan Dennis Sytin, who has a P10-million bounty, was arrestedin Petaling Jaya in Selangor province, Malaysia last March 22.
Fajardo said the Philippine Embassy in Malaysia is processing the travel documents of his repatriation.
“We are one step closer to achieving full closure for the family of Dominic Sytin,” she said. DMS
