The House of Representatives removed Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Elizaldy Co as chair of the House Committee on Appropriations in a plenary session on Monday.

Presidential son and Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Ferdinand Alexander Marcos moved to declare the position vacant.

The motion was carried by Speaker Martin Romualdez with no objections. No replacement was named. Marie Manalili/DMS
