The Department of Health (DOH) on Saturday reported 3,822 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,692 are in the National Capital Region.
COVID-19 cases in the NCR have been rising since September 28 when it was 671.
COVID-19 cases in Calabarzon was at 799 followed by 349 in Central Luzon, DOH said.
There were 34 deaths, 29 525 active cases and 3,285 recoveries, DOH said. DMS
