Seo with his companion Chris Joy Dichoso Jerez were inside their vehicle in Upper Pinget, on October 29, when unidentified gunmen fired at them several times. Seo died while Jerez is still recovering.
A P300,000 bounty was raised by the Korean community to solve the murder of Seo. The reward will be given based on the weight of evidence from a witness which will result to the identification suspects.
“We welcome the reward and hope it will help solve this case,” Saculles said.
Police said Seo came to Baguio in 2007 and became a realtor after retiring from a telephone company in Korea. Since 2008, some 5,000 Koreans have flocked Baguio for study, business and retire. DMS
