Police authorities arrested two allegedly high-ranking officials of New Peopleユs Army in their home in Marikina Friday afternoon.
PO2 Manguntawan Amerol, Eastern Police District intelligence division desk officer said the suspects were arrested through a warrant of arrest for frustrated murder charges. RA/DMS
